History

I started my business in San Diego doing odd jobs and small repairs for realtors and homeowners and moved to Northern California where I applied for my contractors license and started my own contracting business. I have worked with the Home Depot installing their kitchens for for 5 years. I also installed doors and windows for them. I grew my business with the Depot and started buying and fixing houses in the Sacramento area. My first house was in Vallejo. I spent a lot of time and money fixing up the house and eventually sold it for a healthy profit. I then proceeded to buy houses in Sacramento and flipped them. When the market dropped out in 2006 I found myself in a tough position and had to cut back on my employees. After this I had been fixing up houses in the Bay Area. 7 years ago, I moved back to San Diego, my hometown, working with homeowners fixing up their homes. Since moving back I have been persistent in working my business to provide for my family of six and growing.
