During an initial consultation we will capitalize on your existing strengths and support systems to create a concrete plan for immediate action and symptom relief, by setting clear and obtainable goals and the steps to obtain them in writing. Adults are also seen through prior workplace arrangement (EAP) utilizing Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
