History

My career in the Real Estate industry started in 1993 working for a residential mortgage lender. After 5 years of securing financing for home buyers and refinancing existing clients I obtained my Real Estate Brokers license. For many years I was able to provide both home loan financing as well as finding homes for my clients. In 2008 the rules were changed due to the mortgage crisis and Real estate professionals could no longer participate in both disciplines. While helping clients obtain financing was a valuable addition to my toolkit, nothing compares to handing a new homeowner their first set of keys or a seller their proceeds to move onto the next chapter in their life.

I pride myself in working tirelessly with my sellers to to obtain the highest possible price for their home while guiding and protecting them throughout the transaction. With buyers I listen to my clients wants and needs and help prioritize them to find their perfect home.
