Founded in 1996, Pauba Valley Elementary School serves more than 900 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Its facilities include a library and media center, computer laboratory and multipurpose room. The school also has an outstanding garden center that features a Koi fishpond, innovative hydroponics greenhouse and regional garden areas. Pauba Valley Elementary School s staff includes a reading specialist, guidance counselor, speech therapist, psychologist and regular classroom teachers. The school s academic curriculum includes reading, English, language arts, math, and health and physical education.
