Website is a trap. It isn't active. I can't tell if Dr Mullen is still in practice. If he is - his qualifications seem good. But avoid the listed website.

Dr Mullen is very patient and kind with my 92 year old Mom. He helps her a lot with her feet. Also, the staff is easy going and efficient.
