History
I became a solo practitioner in 2000 after the last firm I worked at collapsed during the great recession. Instead of working for banks and creditors as I had done in the past, i decided to open my own practice to help individuals instead of big corporations; After 18 years of high volume litigation at established law firms, I wanted to give back to the community by helping the 'little guy'. Since 2000, I have represented individuals exclusively in litigation often against big business. I also have helped individuals in disputes with other individuals. Finally, I have helped small business resolve business disputes and regulatory compliance as well as assisting in real estate transactions. I had over seven years in real estate and bankruptcy litigation as well as another 8 years in insurance defense, plus a couple of years in between working as a solo practitioner.
