Founded in 1991, LBA Realty is a full-service real estate investment and management company. Located in Irvine, Calif., the company manages a wide range of properties, including large/mixed-use properties, single/multi-tenant office buildings and industrial properties, such as warehouse, distribution, light manufacturing and business parks. It offers a corporate build-to-suit and development program to assist corporate tenants facilitate expansion, relocation or consolidation. Since 1995, LBA Realty has acquired more than $4 billion in real estate assets on behalf of six different investment funds. Some of its tenants include ADP, Amcor Sunclipse, AT&T, Beckman Coulter, CA State Bar Association, Colorado State Bank, Comcast, DeVry, General Dynamics, General Motors, GSA and Honeywell.
