Quality/Quantity - We are loyal customers at your Reno, NV location. We visit this location every time we come to Santa Cruz. Not sure why as we have NEVER bought anything from this location....

Selection is ok- outlet prices for older gen stuff - but I would rather shop online for same price and maybe cheaper using Rakuten. Limited sizes as expected.

Great customer service every time I'm in the store. There are deals that can't be beat and the items still carry the Patagonia guarantee. I've found hard-to-find styles here at steep discounts, too.
