Their front staff was nice but their policies are ridiculous. Be warned you make an appointment less than 48 hours and try to cancel that same UNCONFIRMED appointment they'll charge you 75$ even...

Don't set up a tentative apt for this location to be confirmed later. They will try and charge you a fee even if the apt is tentative.
