History

John started Passage & Refuge in 2012 as the banner for his private healing and counseling practice. Today, Passage & Refuge continues to expand with activities and adventures designed to stimulate the mind and body, and invigorate the spirit.

In person or via Skype. * QiGong Healing - Using QiGong, breathwork, and common shamanic techniques, John works with both physical and emotional issues. Tuning in deeply to the client's discomfort, John facilitates lasting change by exploring both its symptoms and its roots. This work is unusually effective for chronic ailments like: Arthritis Sciatica and related pain Stress-related anxiety and stiffness Chronic fatigue Depression * Coaching/Counseling - John provides coaching and counseling for a deep look at who you are and what you need. From examination of your subtle behaviors to conversations about what's really bothering you, John's gift is to help reveal the deeper truths that can be hard to see. Then the work begins - sometimes very simple and practical, sometimes quite unconventional. Past clients have found John's guidance to be surprising, pragmatic, and life-changing.
