We're making authentic regional pies from scratch in small batches because we're hell bent on recreating the pizza we grew up eating and tasted during out travels. We are a small family run pizzeria. We make all of our dough and sauce in our restaurant kitchen each day. Working this way helps to ensure the consistency and quality of our pies...even if it means we sometimes sell out of pizzas!
