History
Parkside started as a small group meeting for worship in a South Park home. We moved our worship service to the Polish American Association's hall in 2013 and enjoy community in a number of home gathers through the week. We are a small, growing congregation with a deep commitment to Sunday worship, children's ministry and family like community.
Specialties
We believe the central story throughout the Bible is one of God calling imperfect people to follow Him, and Him blessing them so they can be a blessing to others (Genesis 12:3). We believe that in Jesus Christ there is salvation, true freedom, and hope for a world longing for something better. We meet for worship in South Park, San Diego. A few years back, my wife and I were church-shopping, and we found Parkside via Tim Keller's Redeemer City-to-City website. I grew up in a large church, and Parkside was definitely not that. But...
