Nicely remodeled units and quiet community. Manager is very cooperative and one of the maintenance guy is very helpful. Nice place to live.

Ever since the apartment has been taken up a new management(back in 2015), amenities have been taken away and rent has been increased disproportionately. Attention to any home maintenance issues...

The managment at this apartment SUCKS. The building is old...VERY OLD and termites have eaten up anything wooden- and the repairs have not been made. What dosent work? The better question is...
