Have had a couple of unpleasant experiences with this organization. Specifically with a woman who answers the phone. They have missed pick ups in the past - the ones they advertise via yellow card...

I get their mission, and applaud it. But, don't ask for donations and then refuse to pick them up because it's 4 bags of good used clothing instead of 3. Sorry, but that just doesn't make sense...
