Paradocs remains a boutique legal document preparation business. We go above and beyond for our clients often meeting in the evening or on Saturdays if necessary to accommodate their busy schedules. It is our intent to make this process as easy and painless as possible.

At Paradocs, we believe behind every piece of paper is a person. In addition to providing contract services to Attorneys, we also provide legal document preparation to the public. Our services include preparation of Divorce Paperwork, Child Custody, Business Entity Formation, Corporate Maintenance, Grant Deed Preparation and Estate Planning. Filling out legal forms can be challenging and stressful. We can help make that process easier. We also have referral to attorneys and other professionals. Our regular business hours are 9:00 -5:00 Monday-Friday. Evenings and Week-Ends by appointment.
