History

After nine years of experience as a relief veterinarian and an associate in two hospitals, Dr. Ellie Newcomb purchased Animal Medical Clinic of Valley Center, a tiny building later occupied by Little Barn Bakery. As her aim was to provide veterinary services to pet owners in a comfortable, personal setting, the name was changed to Paradise Ridge Pet Clinic in 2005, launching a search for a larger facility to accommodate a growing clientele. In 2011 the clinic was moved into the previous Valley Roadrunner newspaper office. With relaxing tropical decor and a friendly staff, Paradise Ridge Pet Clinic is not too big, not too small, and strives to provide quality medical care for all sizes of dog and cat companions.
