My Paradise Preserves line of jams, jellies etc are all small batch productions, using fruits in season from growers local to Southern California. I strive to use organic fruit, fruit juice and other organically grown ingredients, with the exception of the spirits.

Excellent products! My husband and I take a roadtrip to Long Beach from San Diego every 4-5 months to get the jelly. Worth the drive!!!
