History

Knapp Nursery, the precursor to Paradise Farm, was created at its present location in 1985 by plant entrepreneur Doug Knapp. Over the years he developed a reputation for being a high quality, high volume, plant grower. Sandy & Patrick Caswell purchased the nursery in 1990 from Doug and expanded the operation while continuing to uphold the tradition established by Doug Knapp. Celeste and Patrick Burns purchased the nursery in 2022 and changed the name to Paradise Farm.

Specialties

Formerly known as Knapp Nursery, a local institution for over 40 years, Paradise Farm is a hidden gem located against the Goleta foothills and outfitted with all your fruit tree, hedge plants and landscaping needs.
