History
**San Vicente Cellars has changed its name to Pantess Cellars.** Pantess Cellars is a small, family owned winery dedicated to producing the finest wine possible, made from grapes sourced from the best vineyards on the Central Coast. Everything is done in-house, from grape to bottle. All our grapes are sourced from vineyards that are known for meticulous hand-farming techniques and the use of sustainable agriculture. These vineyards are located in cooler climates of Santa Ynez and Los Alamos Valleys in Santa Barbara County and the west side of Paso Robles. We take great care in selecting the proper vineyards because we believe that great wine starts with great fruit. At Pantess Cellars, we practice both Old and New World winemaking techniques, as we believe strongly in tradition as well as modern innovation.
