Friendly but ridiculously slow service. I placed an order for pick up an hour in advance, came to pick up my food and still waited nearly 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time

This is my favorite Panera. The drive through always gets my order perfect and they are so friendly. The food is great but expensive.
