This is an immaculate spot , kept super clean and tidy with the usual offerings from Panera. The staff is super courtois and hard working. I don't live their food hence four star.

I don't expect anything over the top from chain restaurants, so this place met my expectations. Haha! Two other customers and I waited a good 5 minutes for someone to come out and take our orders....

Soup store had no soup. What do you mean you forgot to order more soup for your soup store. Waited 10 minutes at the front counter for someone to come up and say the soup store was out of soup. Crazy.
