Doctor Pandya took the best care of my boyfriend with his hernia surgery. He is a caring doctor who tries to better Porterville .

Dr Pandya and his staff are beyond amazing. Personable, comforting and extremely clean. If I need surgery again I would definitely choose him as my doctor. Had gallbladder removed.
