Renee, the store manager, is wonderful! She is so friendly, approachable!!! She is a sweetheart and wonderful to talk to. She was so nice about my cousin and I telling her "we were just looking."

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in Mother's day to exchange a charm I received as a gift. They were out and expected to get that week. The girl said she would call me, no call received....

Very blunt, no customer service whatsoever, no greeting as we walked in! Maybe work on customer service to change things up a bit.
