Conveniently off the I-5 exit. This restaurant was recommended by our motel owner even though there were restaurants across the street from our motel. We liked Panda South so much we returned there our second evening there. Staff welcomed us back warmly! Food was outstanding. We seek out Chinese restaurants in our travels and at home and this competes mightily with those in Seattle (where we live) and San Francisco! Next time we travel south we will plan to be in Redding at mealtime!!!!

Wish I could give no stars. Yesterday, I ordered hot and sour soup along with other entrées for pickup. I ate most of the food last night and saved the hot and sour soup for lunch today....

This is a hidden gem. The people were wonderful. The food was great. The portions were big. It's a little dated on the decor, but if you can get past that, you will have a great experience....
