They forget everything and don't care about their customers. I'd rate it a zero if I could. Never dealt with such terrible service. I work in customer service and know how to fix the problems....

Rice is hard and not able eat. Looks like its left over from last night. Rice is the same for my kids. Why serve this old rice? They should try eating their rice so they will know its not good...

Manager I'm guessing. Had black hair and glasses was a male. Was incredibly rude. I know it gets busy in food business, but there is no reason to be rude.
