Nothing was ready. Over 10 customers waiting 20+ minutes for food. Seemed like they only cared about making the catering order and not about what customers in store were ordering

I just want a teriyaki packet. Is that so hard? And I ordered a drink ahead that instead of just adding the ice or starting a new one they told me to add my own ice in their disgusting soda...
