Service was mediocre. Small portions. Bathrooms are dirty. There was no toilet paper or soap. This was my first time here and will most likely be my last.

Small portions, spanish speaking a plus. I watched the lady put back one single shrimp from my plate. Did it really make a difference? I guess it's coming out of her paycheck? I was still hungry...
