The Palos Verdes Symphonic Band (PVSB) is a vibrant community ensemble located in the Palos Verdes Peninsula area of Southern California. Comprised of musicians from various backgrounds and professions, including music teachers, engineers, physicians, homemakers, and students, the PVSB showcases the diverse talent of the South Bay community.
With regular performances throughout the year, the PVSB offers reasonably priced and often free tickets to their shows, making their music accessible to all. In addition to their scheduled concerts, the band also participates in community events, spreading the joy of music to a wider audience. As an all-volunteer ensemble, the PVSB relies on the support of its community and welcomes new members to join their rehearsals held on Wednesdays at Riviera United Methodist Church.
