Established in 1970, Palo Alto Housing Corporation develops, acquires and manages low- and moderate- income housing in the San Francisco Bay Area. Located in Palo Alto, Calif., the corporation works with neighborhoods and the city to ease the government review and approval process and dispel NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard) issues. It also supports local government by providing input to the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan, general rental housing issues and other matters that could impact housing resources.
