Palmer's Income Tax was established by Oscar A Palmer to assist Spanish speaking clients with their tax preparation. Working out of his home and at local swap meets, Mr. Palmer establishes himself as a trustworthy and knowledgeable tax preparer. In 1992 he opened his first office on Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena, Ca. After his passing in 2011, Palmer's Income Tax has continued to serve the Pasadena and surrounding areas with the same energy and friendly service that made Mr. Palmer so beloved.

I've been going to Palmers for years. They are trustworthy and make the entire tax filing process incredibly easy. Make an appointment, use the small parking lot on the side and thank me later.
