HistoryKelsey Welch has been practicing and studying yoga for years. Her thirst for knowledge led her to the Himalayas of India to study the ancient traditions of yoga and has continued to adapt them to recent science and medicine. Kelsey continues her studies in philosophy as well as extensive training in anatomy and injury prevention and healing. As a skier, surfer, traveler and adventurer, Kelsey has adapted the practice of yoga to fit into almost any lifestyle.
