Palace Art Tattoo

History

I am Glenn West, the owner of Palace Art Gallery & Studio. We opened in 2011 and had issues with the City of Thousand Oaks over the Tattooing portion of our business. They were not agreeing that Tattoo is from of art. However, we have mutually worked it out with the City and we are happy to be a thriving business in the community. I've owned several other Tattoo Studios and I've decided to try something different; we offer a wide variety of art, classes and art parties, as well as Tattoos.
