Monday I had a forms appointment with Dr Morely. I was seen by Dr Donny my appointment was not correct the receptionist scheduled me a follow up. What a nightmare lost my retirement paperwork....

If they mess up a prescription, they will take days to fix it. You make an appointment with one doctor, you get there and it's an assistant. On and on. Terrible
