HistoryDr. Tennant purchased the dental practice in 1980 from Dr. Joe Sciutto who started it in the 1940's with two treatment rooms. The practice was one of the original businesses to open in the Huntmont Building after it was built in the 1970's. In 1990 Dr. Tennant expanded the space to include three more treatment rooms and a larger reception area. The office is well known for the panoramic views of the Berkeley Oakland hills, and patients enjoy watching the changes in weather and seasons from the comfortable dental chairs. Dr. Tennant and his staff have a reputation for making patients feel welcome, safe and comfortable.
