Place seemed really cool and the guy (Jamie?) was really cool. The other reviews were easily explained and any hesitation of moving forward with applying was erased. Hopefully living there soon!

History
Built in 1913 in the traditional Beaux-Arts style of the time, it was originally know as the Cuyler-Lee Showroom where luxury automobiles such as the Packard were sold and serviced. MPF completed the development of this project in 2008. Almost 100 years after it was built, the building is now home to 24 spacious live/work lofts with 14-16 foot ceilings, large windows, and beautiful new modern kitchens with maple cabinetry and granite countertops. At the street level, the building features two retail spaces and a secure indoor parking garage.
