Where do I begin with this extremely shady property management?? I'm not sure who's worse Pacifica or the cheap equally shady Owners they contract with. They are the equivalent to Slum Landlord....

Surprised this company is in business or hasn't been sued into oblivion. They must be the go-to organization for slum lords, or the homeowners simply have no idea what kind of operation this group...
