Not all Pacific Western Bank are created equal. I've been to other branches, some even charging ATM fees, but this particular branch in Santa Monica has always been particularly helpful....

Good luck trying to get on line access with Pacific Western Bank, they make it so difficult. First you have to contact the branch and add an email to your account, then maybe in 1-2 days they do...
