Pacific Point Academy and Learning Center

History

Pacific Point Academy and Learning Center was founded by Debbie Shaler-Williams in 2011. As a parent of a child with learning differences, she found herself struggling to keep the lines of communication open between various therapists. Pacific Point Academy and Learning Center was founded because the model - educational, speech, language, and occupational therapies in the context of the school day - did not exist.

Specialties

Pacific Point Academy and Learning Center provides educational therapy and common core aligned academics in both a full day program and a client-based after school learning center. Students with mild to moderate learning differences benefit from a blend of focused, one-to-one educational therapy, small group instruction, and social skills development all within a traditional classroom setting.
