Seth & Dawn White met while working in the restaurant industry in San Luis Obispo. In 2005, the pair launched Pacific Harvest Catering in an effort to bring Fresh Local Fare to catered events from Paso Robles to Santa Barbara. They and their staff now cater weddings, corporate retreats, business lunches, winery events, and rustic barbecues around the Central Coast.
