Pacific Grove Unified School District

Pacific Grove Unified School District offers a variety of academic and extracurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through 12. It provides educational services through its elementary, middle and high schools. The schools of the center include Robert Down Elementary, Forest Grove and Pacific Grove High schools. Its curriculum includes language arts, reading, mathematics, science, social studies, art and crafts, music, computers, accountancy, finance and physical education. It also organizes sports activities, such as soccer, volleyball, cross country, basketball, cheerleading, football, baseball and softball. It additionally offers various services, such as medical care, immunization, preschool and after school classes, and transportation. The school features computer and science laboratory, library, resource center and cafeteria. Its parent-teacher organizations involve parents in educational and extracurricular activities of the school. The school district is located in Pacific Grove, Calif.
