Do not move here!! The leasing office does the bare minimum and couldn't be bothered to actually care about residents. One of the maintenance guys lives in a parking garage and stores fish there...

If you smoke, its a perfect fit for you* even though it states No Smoking* Your apartment will smell like weed and cigarettes 90% of the time. as the smoking station is 50 feet from your apartment...

The apartments are kind of older. Genesee Ave is very loud at night. If you get an apartment on the main level, the second story balcony takes away light for the bottom apartment so it's very dark...

Roach and silver fish everywhere. Thin walls and thin floors. Lots of loud people as you mostly get students. Also Genesee Ave is loud. Good luck with your deposit as management do not refund...
