History

From 1979-1981, Joe Lazarro, Alex Tiberi and Rick Gold all moved to SD. Joe arrived in SD to open a branch of the Calif. Acupuncture College (CAC), Rick to study psychology and Alex to open a Karate school. Alex and Rick became the 1st teachers at this branch. From 1981 until 1985, Alex and Rick worked at CAC as teachers and also started their private practices at the CAC clinic. By 1984 CAC SD was growing and thriving but was sold, did not go well and the fell apart after a yr. The first PCH was on Washington St. from 1986-1991. Needing more space, we moved to Mission Valley in 1991. By 1995 we realized that we had too much space and moved not far to 4th Ave. With terrible parking and the owner selling the bldg, PCH again moved to North Park. When the lease was up, after growth in the area created a parking nightmare, we again moved to Mission Valley-where we happily are now. In 2011, Adrian Bean of The Healing Point joined our group and we are extremely thrilled.

Our clinic provides comprehensive alternative healthcare that includes: acupuncture, massage therapy and herbal remedies to treat illness, restore and maintain optimal health in a relaxing, healing environment. We have a professional office with many experienced Practitioners to choose from. Our office routinely handles workers comp and PI cases as well as accepts many insurances. We try to make your experience warm and inviting while providing comfort through our knowledge and experience.
