Serve the authentic Lanzhou handpulled noodles in Bay Area since 2017. Out first location is in Milpitas, which featured on Michelin Cover Story in 2018. Our specialty is customized 6 kinds of noodle types per your request. Beef stew soup is slowly cooked over 10 hours with over 20 spices, flavorful but clear broth is the key for Lanzhou handpulled noodles. Appetizers are also highly recommended , such as spicy wonton, popcorn chicken and spicy sliced beef.
