Oscar Fahme is the founder and owner of OTeam Mobile Fitness. He graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Kinesiology with emphasis on fitness, nutrition, and health. He has taken an interest in martial arts and fitness from a young age. From his Tae Kwon Do days at the age of eight to his current training in Jiu Jitsu and Bodybuilding, Oscar is very well-rounded in fitness and martial arts and is passionate about helping you accomplish your fitness goals. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the Athletics and Fitness Association of America, and the American Council on Exercise, so you know you're in good hands.
