History

We initially started in Pasadena with Ichima Sushi in 2005. After 9 years of providing Pasadena with the highest quality fish products at our sushi bar, we decided to expand and provide our customers with the highest quality meat products. We thought it was a natural progression for the city of Pasadena and for our family. Continuing in the tradition of Ichima sushi , we make all our sauces and soup bases for oseyo shabu shabu in our kitchen. Our mission over the last decade has never wavered and will always remain the same....to provide the highest quality ingredients in all of our food products at the most affordable prices .

Specialties

We specialize in providing only certified all natural beef for all of our beef shabu products. Our beefs are certified to be all natural. All our beefs are raised with an all vegetable feed. No animal by-products are ever in our beef feeds. The feeds are 100% pesticide free and the cattle are raised without any antibiotics. The result is an undeniably tender and delicious beef. We also only serve yongenton silky pork from Japan for superior flavor and texture. For our seafood products, we get delivered daily fresh Atlantic salmon, wild giant scallops and black tiger shrimp. We use jidori chicken for superior tenderness. All of our sauces and soup bases are made here in our kitchen. We promise to provide the highest quality ingredients at the most affordable prices.
