We are a year-round swim team that competes at a Novice, Intermediate, Age-Group and National Levels. Our goals are Teaching Sportsmanship, Building Confidence, and Promoting Excellence - not only in synchronized swimming, but in other aspects of our swimmers' lives. We are the Official Synchronized Swimming Team for the City of Los Angeles, and we are partnered with EXPO in Los Angeles. Los Angeles Aquanymphs is a proud member of USA Synchro - the United States Synchronized Swimming Association. Our philosophy is to provide programs that build both bodies and minds and instill skills that serve our swimmers throughout a lifetime. Our athletes learn the importance of goals, individual effort, integrity, and compassion.
