History

The business started out as an off shoot of the principle's real estate investments. The owners were involved in property investment and borrowed money through private money investment firms. The owners then opened their own lending firm specializing in this type of financing focusing on commercial real estate loans.

We are Westar Financial Group, a subsidiary of Private Money Lenders, Inc. We specialize in hard money lending in California. We fund hard money probate, commercial and apartment loans between $35,000 and $5,000,000. Our focus is difficult to finance properties and borrowers. Our firm works with those borrowers that just cannot qualify for a loan with banks and credit unions for reasons such as fico score is not high enough, loan amount is to small, property needs work, etc. We like these deals and are very good at funding them in an expedited fashion.
