Have better customer service and stop giving people rewards if when you return something you can't use them again for a exchange i ended up paying more for spark plugs that were worth less had me...

Diego was great very helpful. Made sure everything was good. I appreciate his customer service. Chris on the other hand was trash. Why is he even working is he doesn't want to help customers....
