Got help from Dez today she was very welcoming in and knowledgeable. Dez got me in and out with the right parts the first time.

This place has the worst customer service of any establishment I have ever visited. The last three times I have been here, there have been several employees in the back, and no one to help you....

Best auto parts store in Gilroy, possibly the world! Ok that might be a little exaggerated but have been in dozens of times and they always have what I need. Don't have to drive around town...

Horrible service. I witnessed three employees standing around talking about the weekend and three customers waiting in line with one cashier. I left my items at the counter and left.
