Both the gentlemen are busy system manager walks up at fright in front of me. All I needed was a little hose. Oh, she says I'm not doing that right now instead of getting the hose taken care of...

Very poor customer service employees walk away instead of offering help to customers. Corporate needs to retrain management and employees in customer service
